Guaranteed Refund
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, so long as you return it to us by post in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment, and will be processed within 4 days of our receiving the item. Please note that it is only the item that will be refunded and not the original postage charge. Please also note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Should any item be returned back to us in a condition which we deem has been used we will be unable to accept your request to cancel unless the item has a clear manufacturing error. Please ensure that the item is returned to us in a unused condition.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will unable to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out (postage and packing, labour ) unless the goods concerned are faulty, damaged or you have not received the item you ordered.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of food items, perishable goods or veterinary medicines once they have been signed for, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or you have not received the item you ordered.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of notifying us and in accordance with our terms and conditions. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Exchange a product
If you receive an undamaged product and are dissatisfied with it, you can exchange it for an item of equal or higher price. Your card will be charged any difference in cost plus £4.99 for postage and packing of your replacement. Ensure that you return the unwanted item in its original saleable condition and attach a note which explains the reason for return and states which new product you would like in exchange. It is that simple!
Cancel Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us prior to the date on which we would dispatch your item. If you cancel your order after your item has been dispatched we can only refund the cost of the item and not the postage charge. Should the parcel have already been dispatched it must be returned to us at the buyer's cost. To check the dates on which we dispatch items, please refer to our Delivery Dispatch Dates section.
