Delivery Information

Obscure Address / Leaving your parcel with a neighbour

If your home is hard to find or you would like to leave your parcel with a neighbour, please e-mail us at info@packagepets.com before the dispatch date and we will leave a note for the couriers. In this circumstance it is best to be provide us with as much information as possible. Please note that once a package has been signed for, its safety is no longer our responsibility.

Missed your delivery?

If you miss your delivery a card will be posted through your door informing you to contact the depot to rearrange a second delivery at a time that best suits you. It is also possible to collect your parcel from the depot if this suits you better. Please note that the depot will only hold a parcel for a week and then it gets sent back to us, so it is best to contact them or us as soon as possible. If you haven't received a card or a parcel after 2 working days please e-mail us at info@packagepets.com or contact us on our helpline: (07791191790) so that we can attempt to resolve the problem. Please note that if in the unfortunate case a parcel is returned to us, we will only be able to refund the cost of the item, not the original postage charge. If you would like the parcel sent back to you another delivery charge will be incurred .

Delivery dispatch dates

All packages are dispatched on Mondays and Fridays. If you purchase an item on a Tuesday, Wednesday or a Thursday it will be dispatched on the following Friday. If you purchase an item at the weekend it will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders purchased on a Monday or a Friday must be processed before midday if you want it to be sent out on the same day. If you purchase your item after midday it will be sent out on the next dispatch date.

Returning a parcel to us

Deliveries made by our courier are at a discounted rate and should you wish for us to re-send your parcel it will be done at the true cost to us.
Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.

International Customers

We eventually aim to be in a position to cater for international customers, but we are currently in the process of setting up this side to our business and it is as of yet incomplete. If you are not based in the UK and would like to purchase any of our products, please e-mail info@packagepets.com and we will look into the possiblity of doing business with you.
